Mandala's, aka vegan heaven is a cool trendy art's cafe serving up the tastiest vegan organic food on the Coast. It's my new favourite place to eat, the best thing about it is it's good for you so you cant feel guilty when you order 3 raw dessert tarts haha.  

All this raw food eating inspired me to make my own raw dish....Best thing I've made to date...so simple yet so satisfyingly tasty :)

Finally back and blogging ...Oohhh how I have missed thou. 

It's my day off and its now officially winter :( Sooo cold out...definitely a day in sipping spicy chai tea, relaxing in my ugg boots and reading travel books. Hmm I wonder where my next travels will take me,the unknown is so exciting.

Honestly I wish I was an early bird instead of a night owl....I can’t sleep so I decided to browse YouTube for new and exciting music!

I came across Robortom's 'Paganini Rocks’; it’s the latest reinterpretation of Paganini's original composition.

Au Revoir Simone makes dreamy electronic pop music using elemental materials: keyboards and voices braid together in a warm thrum of whirring machines and soft melodies. While Tom Hodge's compositional style draws on elements of classical minimalism, groove-based jazz and electronic.

Love this creative collaboration.
