My weekends back home always consist of good food & good company. This weekend was jam packed with 9 courses of pure Thai bliss at golden boy, healthy vegan food at nutrition republic and spicy tom yum soup at Lemongrass Thai. Golden boy won Adelaide's best retaurant for 2014 and I can happily agree, there menu/food and service was amazing. I highly recommend you chose the tuk tuk menu for first timers as it's a great way to share and try lots of different dishes that complement each another. The cocktails are also amazing and everything is so well priced. I consider my self quite the thai expert and this place perfected Thai's flavours. Make sure to book a table in advance.
Amongst all this food we managed to fit in excercise. Climbed Mounty lofty's sumit, well worth the inverted climb as the views are amazing from the top. And of course a morning run to my favourite beach, Brighton.
Adelaide is developing quite a trendy food scene,embracing the vegan/vego movement. Here's a list of new upcoming restaurants/cafés that will have your taste buds mouthwatering.
Who ever said healthy food was tasteless.... their crazy!!!
