Eat Pray Love

Yoga and wellness retreats are gaining popularity in destinations across Southeast Asia, particularly in Thailand and Indonesia. Islands like Phuket, Koh Samui and Bali are now peppered with health and wellness centres offering day spas, a range of exercise and meditation classes and healthy menus where visitors can cleanse their body then spoil themselves on a range of nutritious dishes.

Whether you’re a highly experienced yogi master or a novice student just starting out, a yoga retreat is a very good way to rejuvenate and refresh you senses. There are many yoga retreats that can be found that focus on one type of yoga as well as retreats that feature all of them. There is some lavish yoga retreats that are true destination places and some great ashrams yoga retreats where guest are required to perform chores. I'm particularly looking at studios offering Bikram Yoga as this is my preferred yoga practice.

I came across a great site that, SeekRetreat. This website compares and finds the yoga retreat that suits you best!

The Garden Kafe at The Yoga Barn

The Yoga Barn is Ubud’s most popular yoga mecca among spiritual seekers and vegans. The onsite Garden Kafe serves living vegan foods, the sophisticated in-law of raw foods.

Cant wait to Immerse myself in Bali...Yoga sessions surrounded by rice paddies, flow in the temples and ceremonies, walk in the monkey-forest sanctuary, friendly locals and chilling out in Ubud’s healthy cafes. But wherever you travel in Bali, the real blessing is in just being present and finding your own path.
