Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds. It's extremely versatile and can be used in cooking sweet and savory dishes. Even better, it’s packed with essential vitamins and minerals! Make sure to use Unhulled tahini as it's made from the whole sesame seed, leaving its nutritional value intact.

·      Tahini contains B Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and B15.

A great power superfood boost spread that you can put on bread, seed grain crackers, or on a banana/apple! This is one of my favorites… combining raw tahini, maple syrup & 100% cocoa powder!
I can only describe this as my christmas in a cup :D

Buy a jar of organic raw unhulled tahini add 3 tbsp of 100% cocoa powder (more if you like it darker & stronger), and finally 100% mayple syrup. Stir & mix well and add cinnamon for extra flavour.
