Cacao, my guilt free treat


Cocoa beans and Raw Cacao Powder is one of the most nutrient rich and complex foods. For thousands of years, ancient Mayans and ancient Aztecs have known about the amazing healing properties of the raw chocolate and they have used it in their daily cultural rituals, as well healing. Raw Cacao is so amazing, that the whole compound of cacao beans hasn’t even been discovered.


  • Cacao is the highest whole food source of magnesium. Out of all the whole foods that contain antioxidants, Raw chocolate is the highest in the world, more than red wine, green tea and blueberries combined. 
  • Cacao raises Endorphins, and promotes a healthy exchange of neurotransmitters, such as seratonin.  
  • Because of it’s high levels of Magnesium, Cacao helps regulate your metabolism. Magnesium also increases brain power, helps to energize muscles and builds strong bones.

  • It is also really good for your skin because it contains Sulfur, a mineral that builds strong nails, hair and promotes beautiful skin, as it helps to detoxify the liver.
