I'm truly inspired !!! Andrew Field is living the dream, he has a created the perfect taco bar/surf shop/juice counter/coffee all under the one roof. Rockaway Taco is located in Queens, New York where he raises his own honey bees on his roof, grows all of his herbs and buys the bulk of his ingredients and vegetables from local farmers. I'm dreaming of opening something, somewhere, someday.
