I truly love my yoga practice, I love what it does to me inside and out. It humbles me. It reminds me to breathe and slow down. It helps me appreciate my body and all the amazing things it does for me. And most importantly reminds me to stay in the present moment. I practice at least 5 times a week and I'm a better person for it. I'm always much happier when I've done my yoga for the day, it gives me energy and keeps me grounded.
