Ingredients

bunch Garlic shoots
1 tsp olive oil
2
cloves Garlic, chopped or sliced
4
cm Ginger, sliced thinly
1 Thai bird chili pepper, minced
2/3
cup vegetable stock
1
tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1
Tbs Corn flour
Pepper + fresh
coriander to season
Directions
Cut the
garlic shoots into 5 cm pieces.
Mix half
the vegetable stock with the corn flour to create a slurry and set aside.
Bring the
remaining vegetable stock into a boil over very high heat in a wok, add the ginger,
garlic and chili.
Let boil
for 30 seconds.
Add the
garlic shoots and sauces and stir fry for a minutes.
Slowly
pour in the corn flour slurry whilst continuing to stir fry so that the stock
thickens.
Season
with pepper and fresh coriander.
