A great power superfood boost spread that you can put on bread, seed
grain crackers, or on a banana/apple! This is one of my favorites… combining
raw tahini, maple syrup & 100% cocoa powder!
I can only describe this as my christmas in a cup :D
Buy a jar of organic raw unhulled tahini add
3 tbsp of 100% cocoa powder (more if you like it darker & stronger), and
finally 100% mayple syrup. Stir & mix well and add cinnamon for
extra flavour.
