Song Saa Private Island Resort lies secluded in this magnificent seascape, just 35 minutes by boat from the port of Sihanoukville, Cambodia. Most of the islands remain undeveloped – deserted oases of virgin rainforests, tropical reefs and glistening white beaches. The island's off of Sihanoukville are beautiful, much better place to relax as I found Sihanoukville a party place.

Ingredients

• 5 ripe figs
• 1 tbsp clear honey
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon or mixed spice
• Directions 

Heat grill to medium high. Cut a deep cross in the top of each fig then ease the top apart like a flower. Sit the figs in a baking dish and drop a small piece of the butter into the centre of each fruit. Drizzle the honey over the figs, then sprinkle with the nuts and spice.

Grill for 5 mins until figs are softened and the honey makes a sticky sauce in the bottom of the dish. Serve warm, with your choice of nuts/ice cream.

Jordi Roca, the youngest of the three brothers behind El Celler de Can Roca (the world’s best restaurant), has created his own  magical world of Willy Wonka/Roald Dahl-esque ice cream parlour. What looks like a traditional gelateria from the outside, is a Vintage fantasy-world within; gauges, tubes and taps. Six flavours, with exquisite accessories like butter cookie, cotton candy, popping-candy and fresh fruit, are available – alongside a selection of candies, deserts, parfumes and books. Rocambolesc Gelateria is a Garden of Eden for sweet tooth's, foodies and Willy Wonka fantasists.
May have to reconsider being vegan hahah

Crystal Fighters are a British/Spanish Alternative Dance band that formed in Navarra, Spain in 2007. There style is a fusion of genres – experimental electronica joined by the melodies and dances of traditional Basque folk instruments. I can’t seem to get enough of there music; it's so easy and upbeat to listen to.
